Author: Sara Davison/Ruth Coghill Genre: Christian Living/Social Issues Confused. Scared. Pressured. Alone. That's what so many of the women and men in these true stories felt when faced with an unexpected pregnancy. Many believed they had no alternative but to abort their child, while others made the difficult decision to choose life. All live with the consequences of that decision. And all have experienced the healing grace and mercy of God. These stories will touch your heart, expand your ability to offer compassion to all affected by abortion, and provide practical tools and guidance through the healing process. The global abortion epidemic demands a response of support, encouragement, and grace from those on all sides of the issue. Only then will those in crisis pregnancy situations feel equipped and empowered to choose life. And only then can every person affected by abortion let go of the past and move forward into a future filled with healing and hope. Reviewer: Olivia R. The heartbreak is real. Yet, through these stories there is a beautiful promise of what God has done and is doing in these individuals. I think we sometimes dwell so much on the wrong done, that we forget God can still forgive, He can still cleanse that person of the choice that was made, and that as Christians we can reach out to those (whether or not they've been involved with an abortion) who need His love and salvation. I cried through some of these stories, but I smiled too. Smiled, because God has beautiful plans and purposes and He promises to never leave us nor forsake us when we trust in Him. He promises to make beauty out of ashes. These people who shared their stories have seen God work because in their past it seemed impossible...but with God all things became possible. This book is challenging and hard to read, but definitely worth reading!

Thank you to all the contributors for your courage and transparency and to Ruth and Sara for taking a stand on this very contentious issue. Most importantly thank you to our gracious God who loves, heals, forgives and redeems. This is a powerful book and is written for such a time as this. I highly recommend it.

I was really excited to be asked to be part of the Launch team for this book. I was at a women’s conference where Ruth Coghill spoke about this book she was writing with Sara Davison. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like what these women and men went through. But in reading their life stories, it helped me to understand better. Unborn, Untold is filled with stories of pain, regret, heartache, brokenness and yet these stories are also filled with hope, healing, redemption and love. It’s not easy to be open and honest with parts of our life that are painful. Only Christ can bring healing out of pain. By these women and men sharing their stories, I know that it will bring hope and healing to many who have gone through similar experiences.
