I loved it! I love fantasy, and I enjoyed this and how the characters were shown in the book. I am excited to see their character development in future books.

It was a short read, which I did enjoy! I also enjoyed the world-building. It was difficult at times, but overall easy to understand. I would recommend this book to a teen and to anyone who has a teenager wanting to read fantasy and is kind of iffy about it. This book is a good start!
