A new fun book by Penny Zeller called Love under Construction. In this book, we follow Irelynn and Quinton on their way to their happily-ever-after. 

Irelynn and Quinton meet again when they share custody of the twins of Irelynn's best friend and Quinton's sister, who has passed away. But they don't get along very well together. Still, they try to put their best foot forward for the twins. While Irelynn finds it hard not to be too critical, Quinton struggles with the effects of PTSD due to his time in Afghanistan. 

The characters in the book are really nicely written, and it is easy to follow them. The twins, Max and Mia, were also very cute. Although the book is written for entertainment, faith is also well represented in it. The small town of Chokecherry Heights is very nicely described, and the story fits in well. The author has really done her best. 

This was the first book I read by Penny Zeller. But because it was a cute, funny book, I definitely plan to read more from her in the future. If you like a sweet, clean, Christian contemporary rom-com, then this is definitely a book for you.
