Series: The Cody Musket Series #3
Knoxi Musket, age 18, puts her college basketball career on hold to bring down a child-trafficking coalition which is attempting the largest corporate merger in history. The merger will enable the coalition to enslave thousands with impunity.
Which is more terrifying; watching the children suffer, or doing something about it?
A midnight escape in a crippled aircraft carrying a rescued child whose fate holds the key. With jagged peaks below, dodging bullets, losing altitude, she asks herself, “Is this what it means to do God’s work?”

This book is definitely different from what I usually read, so I loved it even more! It was so good that I finished it in a day. The plot was wonderful and very fast-paced.
I loved this new to me author's style of writing. He wrote it so that he made the characters come alive and also made me feel like I was a part of the story too! I love when an author can do this to me. I was on the edge of my seat, eagerly turning the pages to see what happened next. I wasn't disappointed at all.
I will also be looking to read his other books, as I didn't know that this was a series. I am giving this story 5 stars for a job well done! This story makes my heart full and satisfied. I really hated saying goodbye to all the characters.
My thanks to the author and Interviews & Reviews for a copy of this book. I was not required to write a positive review. All opinions are my own.
