“Jack’s Story” captures the true meaning of fulfilling God’s wishes and putting our own feelings and wishes aside to remember it is God’s will, God’s plan. Jack’s plight parallels Hosea’s plight in the Book of Hosea. God picks out the wife for both men. A prostitute. Can the marriage to a prostitute end in happiness? I recommend everyone read this short story and learn of God’s love and putting our faith in him.

While it's a story worth reading, it is also a story worth experiencing. Bravo Roberts! While too short for me, well written. I can relate all too well to the character Leah, and basically, her wrestle with the Lord.

I love the way you took a biblical, historical event and interwoven it into a storyline anyone can grasp. From the oldest down to the youngest. From the biblical scholar to the curious. What a glorious way to teach the Gospel and to draw back those who fell away from the Faith.
