What first drew me to read Women of Strength was the description of it. A workout combined with a devotional—that sounded unique. And it was unique! I expected a day-by-day layout, but instead found that it was a “seasonal” approach, which I found more flexible. The workouts themselves weren’t super challenging—perfect for a beginner or motivationally challenged, though. But the devotionals were pretty challenging, and I enjoyed the personal experiences the author includes.
