Author: Gabrielle Meyer
Genre Dual-time Historical Fiction
Series: Timeless #6
Pages: 384
Release Date: November 4, 2025
Publisher: Bethany House Publishers

Two siblings. One fate. A web of secrets that could ensnare them in an inescapable destiny.

In 1883, Charles is a poor farmer desperate to secure financial stability for his mother and sister, as he is unsure which of his time-crossing paths he will choose on his twenty-fifth birthday. Posing as the Earl of Norfolk, he enters the opulent circles of Newport's elite to assist a fellow time-crossing friend, Drew. But suspicions of his identity arise among the upper crust, and his encounters with Drew's intriguing sister further complicate decisions that could impact a lifetime.

In 1563, Lady Cecily serves Queen Elizabeth while clinging to the hope that her stepbrother Charles will remain with her in this path. As the true Earl of Norfolk, Charles is deeply entangled in the deadly politics of the court. When he brings Drew, a physician in training, to Windsor Castle to help save the ailing monarch, old feelings for Drew rekindle in Cecily's heart, but her love faces impossible odds under the strict rules of the crown. As their futures hang by a thread, Charles and Cecily race to prevent their web of secrets from unraveling and ensnaring them in an inescapable destiny.

This sixth book is an amazing addition to the remarkable Timeless series!

Twists on the time-crossing theme in each book keep this series fresh and captivating. This brilliantly plotted, complex dual-timeline story drew me in from the beginning and refused to let go as I raced through the pages to uncover what came next.

Ms. Meyer has a special gift for bringing history alive regardless of the era! This emotion packed story is told with first-person narratives—the 1563 storyline from Cecily's POV and the 1883 storyline from her stepbrother Charles’ POV. Along with the time-crossing and history come romance, drama, Elizabethan Era royal political intrigue, societal expectations, family dynamics, and faith.

The story is anchored by a beautifully drawn cast of characters whose emotional journeys intertwine in stirring and unforgettable ways. I especially appreciate the spiritual truth of trusting in God’s sovereignty and finding peace in submitting to His will, rather than trying to bend His plan to our own.

In this book, there are multiple characters who are time-crossers and several connections to characters in previous books, so reading the books in order will provide relevant context and a much richer reading experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this compelling, entertaining read and highly recommend it.

Gabrielle Meyer continues to demonstrate her immense creative talent in her latest time-crossing novel, Through Each Tomorrow. With each new addition to her Timeless series, I’m in awe of her attention to detail and wonder how she can keep all the timelines and people straight. Her impeccable research into the different slices of history amazes and delights me.

This is one of my favorite stories in the series, with Charles Hollingsworth as a poor farmer in Virginia in 1883 and the Earl of Norfolk in Queen Elizabeth’s court in England in 1563. With compelling reasons to stay with his sister Cecily in 1563, as well as with his mother and sister in 1883, Charles is torn between the two eras. As he is pulled into his fellow time-crossing friend Andrew Bromley’s orbit, things get even more involved and confusing for him. The many twists and turns kept me turning the pages.

Themes of the importance of family and of letting God prevail in your life add important faith elements to this intriguing and fascinating tale. Its perfect blend of history, romance, and inspiration make it a truly memorable addition to the series.

I am still in awe at this wonderful concept of time-crossing in book six of the Timeless series by Gabrielle Meyer. Through Each Tomorrow shows the impeccable research the author has done to give us the court of Elizabeth I and Newport, Rhode Island, in the Gilded Age.

Friends Charles and Andrew discover that they are both time-crossers in 1563 and 1883, but their places in society are switched in each. In 1563, Charles is a Lord and Andrew is lowborn. In 1883, Andrew is wealthy and of high society, while Charles is an impoverished horse farmer. The complications begin when Andrew asks Charles to pose as a Lord in 1883 in order to impress the Astors. They each think they have decided in which time period to remain when they reach their 25th birthdays. But circumstances may take those decisions from them.

As always, the characters realize that ultimately it is God who orders their lives. “Trusting God did not mean I would not have heartache, but it did mean that I needed to lean on Him and follow the path He has laid before me.”

The author packs a lot into these stories. Each chapter alternated time periods, and I could not turn pages fast enough. The stories were that compelling. I am glad there will be 10 books in total, but I will be sorry to see this series end.

I have read every other book in the Timeless series, and these books really are timeless. This book was no different. I recommend this book, though I advise reading this series in order because it will be confusing as Gabrielle Meyer mentions other characters. This also helps prevent spoilers of how the other books end.

Gabrielle Meyer’s other books contain one point of view, but this one contains two different points of view. It was a delight to read about two in this book. There are also multiple time crossers, as in some of her other books. Gabrielle Meyer never disappoints. Her writing captures the reader, and just when I thought I had it figured out, she throws an unexpected curveball. I love reading her books for this reason. I can’t wait for the next book.

I can’t say much without spoiling the book, but I highly recommend this book and this series. It is a time crossing series with faith and romance.

“Trusting God didn’t mean I wouldn’t have heartache, but it did mean that I needed to lean on Him and follow the path He had laid before me.”

I am absolutely astounded that each book in the Timeless series gets consecutively better. This being the sixth book in the series, I didn’t think the author could have any more tricks up her sleeve. Boy, was I wrong, and I am so glad. Gabrielle Meyer has created such an amazing series with characters that weave in and out of each other's lives decades and centuries apart.

I was completely charmed and delighted to meet Charles, whom I immediately remembered from the author’s previous book. His sense of duty and justice, loyalty, intelligence, and compassion made him an excellent and memorable hero both in 1563 and 1883. His first person voice was the first male time-crossing voice featured in the series, and I loved how it was different from Cecily’s first person voice set in 1563 only.

Cecily was a dear with a lovely and tender heart. I loved getting to know Drew’s steadfast heart and healer’s soul. This storyline featured multiple time-crossers and had quite a few plot twists, which had my jaw dropping to the ground.

Evelyn was an unusual heiress, and her compassion and intelligence matched Charles. For those who have read all the books in the series so far, Charles’ choice will not be a surprise. But his journey, along with Evelyn’s and Cecily’s and Drew’s, is undeniably worth every page. I really enjoyed the setting of Queen Elizabeth I’s court since I knew nothing about that era. I also thoroughly enjoyed Newport in the Gilded Age. I’ve always been fascinated by the mansions and the history behind them.

If you enjoy beautifully written time-crossing novels, this book is for you. It’s easily one of my favorite books of 2025.

I LOVE what Gabrielle Meyer is doing with the Timeless series. She’s truly proven herself a master weaver, as the series becomes an intricate tapestry that spans the ages and creates a picture that should be too big for the eye to see, yet gives us a glimpse of the timeless faithfulness of God, to all his children through all the ages.

Meyers’ attention to detail and love for history brilliantly shine again, immersing readers in two interesting historical periods with interesting historical (and fictional) figures! It’s very impressive that though we are 6 books into the series, each book has possessed new and fresh angles! This one had some fun secrets and details that readers of the entire series will LOVE! The attention to detail carried throughout the series really makes it a masterpiece. This book started out slow for me, but boy, was it ever worth it.

You could read Through Each Tomorrow as a standalone, but I highly recommend the whole series to enjoy the full experience!

I’m SO excited for the next book after reading the sneak peek, and will eagerly anticipate its release.

Oh, my goodness! She did it again. Gabrielle Meyer has written an extraordinary book. I’m not ashamed to say that I moved this book to the top of my TBR list.

The cast of characters is AMAZING! I liked that the main time-crossers are men and that they’re friends in both of their paths. Drew is my favorite. He gives off calming vibes. He’s compassionate, a protector, and loyal to his family and friends. Charles possesses all of those characteristics too, but he tends to act before thinking. Evelyn has a huge secret, and I loved how it tied into a previous book!

I love that faith in God is intertwined with the characters and their stories. This quote really touched my soul. “I don’t think God is allowing us to succeed because we tried to manipulate people to get what we both wanted. He obviously has a different plan for us. It’s taken a lot of heartache to realize I can’t manipulate or cajole Him to do my bidding.”

"In 1563, I was the Earl of Norfolk, an esteemed and respected member of Queen Elizabeth's privy council, and the heir of Arundel Castle."

Time-crosser Charles Hollingsworth lived a privileged life in his 1563 path as a member of Queen Elizabeth's inner circle, as opposed to his path in 1883 where he was struggling to maintain his family's once prestigious horse farm. For fellow crosser Andrew Bromley, his opportunities were just the opposite, he was a common laborer outside of the queen's court in 1563 while occupying a position of prominence as the sole heir of an enormous shipping company in 1883. The two friends devise a risky scheme to aid their positions in their pathway of choice while potentially ruining or securing the futures of two most beloved sisters.

To mention that I was on the proverbial "edge-of-my-seat" through-out this story would be a vast understatement. The author's ingenuity in this space is matchless, or better yet, "timeless".

" . . I was done trying to manipulate Him (God) and His plans. It was time to surrender my own will and start to trust His. Come what may."

Through Each Tomorrow by Gabrielle Meyer is the sixth book in the Timeless series, and it will keep you captivated.

There were so many time-crossers in this one, and one or two twists I didn’t see coming, which made this book hard to put down. I loved that this time, the main time-crossers were men. Each with sisters who are also time-crossers. And one sister has a secret that was a twist that blew me away.

The romances are swoon-worthy. The research is impeccable, and the faith element is perfect. The theme is about trusting God and surrendering to His will and not trying to manipulate Him as we are prone to do. I loved this book!

While all the books in this series can be read as standalones, do yourself and favour and buy the series. You will not regret it!

This was absolutely fantastic! I’ve loved this series since book one.

I simply couldn’t put this book down! It’s definitely a page-turner for sure and certain.

Wonderful characters that I enjoyed getting to know and, yes, I am still thinking about them.

Charles and Drew each wanted to do what’s best for their families. I liked the story told from a guy’s point of view. So cool!

I think I liked Drew’s storyline best. The description of Windsor Castle made me feel like I was right there. I didn’t want to leave the castle. It was so beautiful!

I was looking forward to this one, and I wasn’t one bit disappointed! It was awesome! I didn’t want it to end. “Sigh”

My heart was left feeling full and satisfied.

5 stars for a cool adventure!
