This is a very well-designed journal and an excellent tool to help children gain insight into who God is, thus helping them grow in their faith and prayer life.  

The book explores seven special names of God and how those names reflect attributes of His character. I love the simple, kid friendly format that will capture and keep a child’s attention.  

The sections for each name—which include a definition of the name, relevant and applicable scriptures and Bible story examples to help understand the name, three probing questions to consider, a hands-on activity to reinforce learning, and a prayer model for practical application—are short and easy to understand.  

I highly recommend this book, especially for use with children ages five through nine.
