A Life So True is an engaging addition to the Christian historical romance series A Minnesota Legacy. A well-tuned plot, unforgettable characters, tender romance, and a beautifully rendered faith thread combine perfectly to create an inspiring, satisfying read that kept me completely absorbed from beginning to end. 

The author always does a fantastic job of seamlessly integrating real history into her stories, adding interest and authenticity. In this case, she powerfully features the Great Minneapolis Fire of 1893, which left thousands homeless and the area devastated. 

I love the Turner family and the way they live out their faith through compassion and charitable endeavors and just genuinely care about people. I totally enjoyed this book that left me waiting expectantly to read the next book in the series! 

Note: This book can easily be read as a standalone, but having read the first book in the series, which offers valuable background information, enriched my reading experience.
